On 31 October 2012, the AER made a determination to approve SP AusNet’s proposed 2013 AMI charges as set out in its 2012 charges revision application. The AER’s determination is made in accordance with the AMI Order in Council (OIC). It includes a consideration of SP AusNet’s actual 2011 expenditures and its revised 2012 and 2013 expenditure forecasts. The AMI revised charges outlined in the determination will apply for the period 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013.
