On 7 February 2025, Ausgrid submitted its contingent project application to us seeking an increase to its revenue to fund its 'Addressing Increased Customer Demand Requirements in the Macquarie Park Area.'

The contingent project application is in accordance with clause 6.6A.2 of the NER.

We are required to make a determination on this contingent project application under clause 6.6A.2 of the NER.

Stakeholders were invited to make submissions on Ausgrid’s contingent project application by 18 March 2025. No submissions were received during this time.
