On 2 May 2025, Energex submitted a pricing proposal for its Queensland electricity distribution network for the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026. 

We will assess Energex's pricing proposal for compliance with the NER and our 2025–30 regulatory determination. Energex provided other documentation to support its proposal that will be used in our compliance assessment.

On 26 May 2025, Energex resubmitted part of its pricing proposal to correct for an error. Proposed prices for public lighting were changed as a result. All other proposed prices were unchanged.
