On 31 March 2026, Evoenergy submitted a pricing proposal for its Australian Capital Territory electricity distribution network for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.
We will assess Evoenergy's pricing proposal for compliance with the NER and our 2024–29 regulatory determination. Evoenergy provided other documentation to support its proposal and will be used in our compliance assessment.
