On 5 June 2019 the AER published a determination clause 5.16B of the National Electricity Rules. The determination found that ElectraNet is not required to amend its PACR for the SA Electricity Transformation RIT-T.

Based on the additional information supplied by the Australian Energy Market Operator and ElectraNet and following discussion with both during our dispute resolution process, we found the SPS proposed to manage the loss of either the Heywood or proposed interconnector to be technically feasible. Therefore, we consider the combined interconnector limits used in the SAET RIT-T economic analysis are realistic.
