On 20 October 2026, APA Group submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation notice for its Victorian gas transmission network (the Victorian Transmission System). The tariff variation notice relates to network charges for APA's users of this network for the period 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2027. This is an initial gas tariff variation notice for 2027 that APA will update for additional data not currently available.
The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) will undertake compliance checks of the tariff variation notice and proposed network charges. The compliance checks will ensure consistency against APA’s five-year access arrangement determination. Following these checks, we will publish the approved 2027 tariff variation notice and network charges, including a Statement of Reasons outlining our decision.
