On 19 October 2021, Australian Gas Networks (AGN) submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation notice for its Victorian (including Albury) gas distribution network. The tariff variation notice relates to network charges for AGN's users for the period 1 January 2022 - 31 December 2022.
On 22 October 2021, AGN submitted to the AER a revised annual tariff variation as a result of an amended X-factor.
On 11 November 2021, the AER approved AGN's annual tariff variation notice for the period 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. This was after assessing the tariff variation notice as compliant with AGN's 2018–22 Access Arrangement.
