On 17 March 2025, Evoenergy submitted a tariff variation notice for its Australian Capital Territory, Queanbeyan and Palerang gas distribution network for the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026.

We will assess Evoenergy’s tariff variation notice for compliance with our final decision on the 2021–26 access arrangement. Evoenergy provided other documentation to support its proposal that will be used in our compliance assessment.
