The AER received a reference service proposal from Australian Gas Networks (Victoria and Albury) (AGN) for the period 1 July 2028 to 30 June 2033. Under the NGL and the NGR, the AER has the function of reviewing and approving the terms of the proposal. Interested stakeholders are encouraged to consider the indicative dates for the key milestones in this review.
