On 19 March 2010, the AER received the revised access arrangement proposal for the NSW gas distribution network.

Submissions were sought from interested parties on the AER’s draft decision and the revised access arrangement proposal. The closing date for submissions was 28 April 2010.

The AER receved a late submission on the draft decision and Jemena's revised access arrangement proposal. This submission was not taken into consideration by the AER in making its final decision on the JGN NSW gas networks.
