On 9 January 2020, the AER received an access arrangement revised proposal from Jemena Gas Networks (NSW) Ltd (JGN) for its NSW gas distribution network for the period from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2025.

In addition to the files below, JGN has submitted augmentation capex source information relating to a BASIX penetration rate analysis aimed at identifying the approximate number of dwellings which install gas appliances (Attachment 4.8a). We invited interested parties to make submissions on both our draft decision and JGN's 2020-25 access arrangement revised proposal by 17 February 2020.
