On 4 August 2025, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved an application from Agora Retail Pty Limited for a gas retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
Surrender of authorisation
On 7 September 2026, the AER approved an application from Agora Retail Pty Limited to surrender its gas retailer authorisation.
The surrender took effect on 11 September 2026.
