On 13 December 2019, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved a gas retailer authorisation application from Discover Energy Pty Ltd (Discover Energy) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law).
Surrender of authorisation
On 4 March 2026, the AER approved an application from Discover Energy to surrender its gas retailer authorisation.
The surrender will take effect on 4 September 2026.
