On 20 March 2026, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) approved an gas retailer authorisation application from Flo Energy Australia Pty Ltd (Flo Energy Australia) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). Flo Energy Australia is now authorised to retail gas as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
