On 26 September 2019, the AER approved an electricity retailer authorisation application from Humenergy Group Pty Ltd (Humenergy) under the National Energy Retail Law (Retail Law). Humenergy is now authorised to retail electricity as and when the Retail Law is adopted in each participating jurisdiction.
