On 10 April 2026, the AER released its 2028–33 preliminary Framework and Approach paper for Murraylink. 

We invite energy consumers and other interested parties to make submissions on our preliminary position for Murraylink's 2028–33 Framework and Approach paper by Friday, 8 May 2026.

Written submissions should be sent electronically to AERresets2028-33aer [dot] gov [dot] au (AERresets2028-33[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au) and addressed to Kami Kaur, Acting Executive General Manager, Network Regulation, Australian Energy Regulator.

Submissions should be in Microsoft Word or another text readable document format.

We prefer that all submissions be publicly available to facilitate an informed and transparent consultative process. We will treat submissions as public documents unless otherwise requested. 

Parties wishing to submit confidential information should:

• clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim
• provide a non-confidential version of the submission in a form suitable for publication.

All non-confidential submissions will be placed on the AER's website.
