On 9 January 2024 BAEV - LaSalle Bonnyrigg Plaza Pty Ltd was issued with a Notice of Acceptance and eligibility to register network exemption confirming that the recipient:

• has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline; and
• is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network Bonnyrigg Plaza, 100 Bonnyrigg Avenue, Bonnyrigg NSW 2177.
