• has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline; and
• is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at Edgewater Lake Kawana, 21 Innovation Parkway, Birtinya QLD 4575.
