On 26 August 2024, Eureka Village Management Pty Ltd was issued with a Notice of Acceptance and eligibility to register network exemption confirming that the recipient:

• has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of the Network Exemptions Guideline; and

• is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at Eureka New Horizons Villas, 60-66 Ishmael Road, Earlville QLD 4870.
