On 3 August 2022, Lendlease Real Estate Investments Limited was issued with a Notice of acceptance confirming that the recipient:

• has satisfactorily addressed the requirements of section 4.9.7 of the Network Exemption Guideline;
• and is eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at corner Park and Bay Streets, Port Macquarie NSW 2444.
