On 11 July 2024, The Trustee for Affordable Living Unit Trust and PowerHub Pty Ltd were issued with a Notice of Acceptance and eligibility to register network exemption confirming that the recipients:

• have satisfactorily addressed the requirements of the Network Exemptions Guideline; and

• are eligible to register the relevant network exemption(s)

in respect to owning, controlling and operating an embedded network at Eureka Glenorchy Gardens, 26 Vieste Drive, Glenorchy TAS 7010.
