The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER is no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and was subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
Cancellation of registration
On 22 September 2025 the AER received notice from Voysey Holdings Pty Ltd of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates or sells electricity at the site.
