The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption was provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and was subject to a number of conditions attached to the R4 class exemption.

Cancellation of registration
On 22 September 2025 the AER received notice from Voysey Holdings Pty Ltd of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates or sells electricity at the site.
