Draft annual compliance guideline
On 16 July 2008 the AER released a draft Annual Compliance Guideline including a preliminary information order (in an attachment) and a discussion paper to explain its proposed annual compliance process.
The draft Annual Compliance Guideline was intended to provide information to service providers and interested parties in regard to the annual compliance process and how service providers report this compliance to the AER.
A final Annual Compliance Guideline was released in conjunction with the Final Decision (to make an order) and the final Annual Compliance Order.
