The AER Compliance procedures and guidelines (the Guidelines) establish a self-reporting framework that applies to all retailers and distributors in jurisdictions that have adopted the Retail Law.
The Guidelines set out the manner and form in which regulated entities are required to submit information and data on their compliance to the AER, and the process for managing compliance audits under the Retail Law.
More information about our compliance and enforcement activities in retail energy markets can be found on our retail compliance and enforcement page.
