On 22 March 2022, we released a consultation paper seeking comment on measures to implement an AEMC directive for a new charging regime for system strength services. The consultation paper sought comments on key areas of consideration in making amendments to the pricing methodology guidelines. 

To assist stakeholders make submissions to the consultation paper, we held a public forum on 8 April 2022.The public forum allowed us to explain to stakeholders the key issues in the consultation paper and provided interested parties the opportunity to ask questions and provide comment. The presentation slides are available below.

We invited energy consumers and other interested parties to make submissions on our consultation paper by 26 April 2022. We received four submissions.
