We publish application guidelines for the Regulatory Investment Test for Distribution (RIT-D) as per National Electricity Rules (NER) clause 5.17.2.
The purpose of these application guidelines are to provide procedural guidance and clarity on the expectations of the RIT-D in addition to the content of the NER and the test itself.
