Draft guideline

On 3 August 2022, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) published its draft Significant price reporting guidelines (Guideline) for monitoring and reporting on significant price outcomes under clauses 3.13.7 and 3.13.7A of the National Energy Rules. The AER also released a Consultation Paper to accompany the draft Guideline with key information on the purpose, history, process and next steps.
