The Australian Energy Regulator has made its final determinations on the regulatory proposals submitted by Ergon Energy. The determinations cover the regulatory control period 1 July 2010 to 30 June 2015 and set the revenue that each of the Queensland distributors are able to recover for the provision of electricity distribution services.

In accordance with the Australian Competition Tribunal’s decision, the AER has updated calculations of the expected revenues for the QLD DNSPs in the AER’s distribution determination (final decision) dated 19 May 2011.
