On 18 September 2025, the AER accepted an application from ISPT Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for Northlakes Shopping Centre.

We are now seeking submissions for interested stakeholders on the ISPT Pty Ltd individual exemption application for Northlakes Shopping Centre by COB Friday, 17 October 2025.
