On 23 October 2026, the AER accepted an application from Leda Holdings Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for South.Point Tuggeranong.

We are now seeking submissions for interested stakeholders on the Leda Holdings Pty Ltd individual exemption application for South.Point Tuggeranong, Corner of Anketell and Reed Streets, Tuggeranong, ACT 2900 by COB Friday, 20 November 2026.
