On 12 September 2025, the AER accepted an application from The Trustee for Energy Bay Oscar Fund for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for Stockland Forster Shopping Centre.

We are now seeking submissions for interested stakeholders on the The Trustee for Energy Bay Oscar Fund's individual exemption application for Stockland Forster Shopping Centre by COB Monday, 13 October 2025.
