On 16 May 2025, the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from The Trustee for Energy Bay Victor Fund (Energy Bay) for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation for Fairfield City Central Shopping Centre.

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on The Trustee for Energy Bay Victor Fund's (Energy Bay) individual exemption application for Fairfield City Central Shopping Centre by 13 June 2025.

The AER prefers that all submissions be sent in an electronic format in Microsoft Word or other text readable document form and publicly available, to facilitate an informed, transparent and robust consultation process. Those wishing to submit confidential information are requested to:

• Clearly identify the information that is the subject of the confidentiality claim; and 

• Provide a non-confidential version of the submission.
