On 23 September 2010, the AER released the approved access arrangment for ActewAGL's gas distribution network in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Queanbeyan and Palerang compliant with orders made by the Australian Competition Tribunal. The arrangement supersedes the AER's final decision released on 26 March 2010.

ActewAGL's prior access arrangments were approved by the jurisdictional regulator, the Independent Competition and Regulatory Commission (ICRC) of the ACT.
