On 11 September 2015 the AER approved a cost pass through application for the Multinet gas distribution network in Victoria. The application was for funding to undertake gas mains replacement. Note carbon price revenues have already ceased to be collected through Allgas charges. The attached AER decision paper sets out details of the AER's considerations.
