ElectraNet is an electricity transmission network service provider in South Australia. Under the National Electricity Rules (NER), ElectraNet must submit its 2023–28 electricity transmission revenue proposal to the AER by 31 January 2022, for the 5 year regulatory control period starting 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2028.
On 31 January 2022 ElectraNet submitted its 2023–28 revenue proposal to the AER. In March 2022, the AER published an issues paper and held a public forum to assist stakeholders in their consideration of the ElectraNet's proposal. Submissions and presentations from the online forum are now available.
On 30 September 2022, the AER published its draft decision on ElectraNet's 2023-28 revenue proposal. The AER held an online forum on the draft decision on 19 October 2022.
ElectraNet responded to the draft decision in a revised proposal on 2 December 2022.
Interested stakeholders were invited to make submissions on both the AER's draft decision and ElectraNet's revised proposal by 20 January 2023.
