- Accepting submissions
On 31 October 2017, Ergon Energy submitted to the AER a request to develop a replacement Framework and Approach (F&A) to apply to its next distribution determination process for the 2020-25 regulatory control period.
The preliminary framework and approach paper for Qld distributors was published on 22 March 2018 and invited written submissions. Five submissions were received. The final F&A paper, largely reflecting the preliminary F&A, was published on 30 July 2018.
Ergon Energy submitted its regulatory proposal on 31 January 2019. The proposal sets out the revenue Ergon Energy proposes to collect from electricity consumers through distribution charges from 1 July 2020 to 30 June 2025.
