Powerlink Queensland (Powerlink) is a Queensland electricity transmission network service provider. Its next five-year (2022–27) regulatory control period commences on 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2027. Under the National Electricity Rules (NER), Powerlink is required to submit its 2022–27 revenue proposal to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) by 31 January 2021.

On 28 January 2021, Powerlink submitted its 2022–27 proposal to the AER. The proposal sets out the revenue Powerlink proposes to collect from its consumers through transmission network charges over the 2022–27 period.

On 30 September 2021, the AER published its draft decision on Powerlink's proposal. This was followed by an online public forum (pre-determination conference) on the draft decision on 13 October 2021.

On 19 November 2021, Powerlink submitted its revised revenue proposal. Interested stakeholders made submissions to us in response to both our draft decision and Powerlink's revised proposal by 14 January 2022. All submissions received are available on our website.
