The AER has today published a determination under rule 5.16B of the National Electricity Rules (NER) regarding the application of the Regulatory Investment Test for Transmission (RIT-T).
The AER determined that, based on the grounds of the dispute raised by the Centre for Independent Studies, Transgrid will not be required to amend its project assessment conclusions report.
The Centre for Independent Studies and Transgrid were notified of the outcome on 22 December 2025.
