On 18 September 2025 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from ISPT Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Northlakes Shopping Centre, Pacific Highway, San Remo NSW 2262. We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholders on ISPT Pty Ltd’s application by 17 October 2025.
