We would like to invite stakeholders, in particular, those who have previously engaged with us on demand management to attend our Feedback Forum on our proposed final Demand Management Incentive Scheme and Innovation Allowance Mechanism.
This Forum will be held via videoconference at the ACCC/AER offices in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Darwin and Hobart from 10:00am to 12:30pm (DST) on 8 November 2017.
The Forum will provide another opportunity for stakeholder input before we publish the final Scheme and Mechanism. We value stakeholder input and encourage those interested in demand management to join us and other stakeholders. We will focus on the submissions made on the draft Scheme and Mechanism, and how we expect this input to influence the design of the final Scheme and Mechanism. The Forum will be run similar to our stakeholder engagement events held prior to publishing the draft decision.
The final Scheme and Mechanism will be published in December 2017.
