SAPN Regulatory Proposal 2015–2020

The AER published SA Power Networks' regulatory proposal and supporting material along with the AER's proposed Negotiated Distribution Service Criteria.

Interested parties were invited to make written submissions to us regarding SA Power Networks' regulatory proposal and our proposed Negotiated Distribution Service Criteria. Stakeholders' submissions closed on 30 January 2015. Further information is available under the 'Submissions' heading below.

The AER held a public forum on 10 December 2014. Information on the forum is available at 'stakeholder forum'.

Also, we have not published all documents submitted by SA Power Networks due to the number. A list of documents that are available from us on request is located under 'Supporting information - further supporting information'.
