Energex - Attachment 3 - 2022–23 Material differences - 31 March 2022

On 31 March 2022, Energex submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Queensland distribution network for the period 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2023. Energex’s pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the NER and the AER's 2020–25 regulatory determination.

On 14 April, 4, 11 and 12 May, Energex submitted to the AER revised pricing proposal documents in response to AER queries to correct for errors.
