AER - Transend transmission determination amended final decision - 14 October 2009

The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) released its final decision and transmission determination on 28 April 2009 for Transend for the regulatory control period 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2014.

On 14 October 2009, the AER published the amended final determination. This amendment relates to a typographical error on page 2 of that determination.

In accordance with the Australian Competition Tribunal’s decision, the AER updated calculations of the maximum allowed revenues for Transend in the AER’s transmission determination (final decision) dated 28 April 2009.
