On 21 August 2015 Ausgrid applied to the AER for a positive cost pass through for restoration works conducted in response to the April 2015 storms.
On 3 December 2015 the AER determined that a positive pass through event has occurred and approved a positive pass through amount of $43.20 million ($' nominal) to be recovered from customers over three years, commencing 1 July 2016.
