On 30 March 2023, Power and Water Corporation submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Northern Territory distribution network for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024.
On 4 May 2023, the AER approved Power and Water Corporation's annual pricing proposal for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with the NER and the AER's 2019–24 regulatory determination.
