The Registrant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER is no longer in effect. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Prior to 20 December 2018 this registration was held by Stockland Trust Management Limited / ABN 86 001 900 741
On 25 January 2026 the AER received notice from The Trust Company Limited of the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates the site.
