The Registrant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption was provided for in the AER's Retail Exempt Selling Guideline and was subject to conditions.

On 1 July 2026, the AER received notice of the cancellation for this registration on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates or sells electricity at the site.
From 16 July 2026, exemptions for this site were registered by THE TRUSTEE FOR GPG WINSTON GLADES UNIT TRUST / ABN 89 547 926 782.
