The ACCC commenced regulation of Transend Networks (Transend) from 1 January 2004. On 14 March 2003 Transend lodged an application with the ACCC outlining its proposed revenue cap from 1 January 2004 to 30 June 2009.

In response to the ACCC's request for submissions on Transend's application, a number of submissions were received. Transend provided a response to certain issues raised by interested parties in their submissions.
