On 16 January 2012 the AER released a draft decision on Powerlink’s transmission determination for the regulatory control period 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2017 on 29 November 2011.

Under clause 6A.12.3 of the NER, Powerlink may submit a revised revenue proposal, revised negotiating framework and revised pricing methodology to the AER.
